Define

Planning a celebration from scratch can be overwhelming. Estately is here to help bring the beauty!  Start by browsing the Rentals menu to view the collection, and see what you are drawn to.  Here’s the catch… this is just a snapshot of our inventory.  Fill out a few simple questions on the inquiry form, and we will be in touch (or email us directly at kristin@estatelykc.com)!

Design

This is the fun part! Let’s figure out what works best for you and your schedule. Just need a quick rental? We skip this step. But if you want the full Estately Experience, we will book a complimentary design consultation at The Studio. You will be welcomed by the entire collection at our fingertips to pull and design your tablescape right there onsite. The design possibilities are endless!

Decide

This is where we work out the nitty gritty details. Once everything’s been decided, you will receive a rental agreement, which reserves the items selected on the date you need them. The deposit will be collected to ensure availability and then we’re locked-in until party time!

This is also where we can work on all the extra details… custom menus, place cards, and beyond!

Deliver

It’s party time!

You just take care of getting your house, or the event space, in order and we will deliver the goodies directly to you. We can even help with a full set up! Voilà!

I aim to return messages and inquiries submitted from the website within a 48-hour window. If you prefer to have a conversation, please don’t hesitate to call (913-908-0909)!

Although our inventory is geared towards a more intimate gathering (with perfectly matching for up to 24 in most of the collection) – we have select collections that can accommodate more! Many of our pieces pair very well together and would create a beautiful mixed tablescape. Numbers don’t scare us, and we can certainly entertain the challenge of a larger-scale party!

That’s okay! Whether you are hosting 4 or 40, renting a full tablescape or mixing with your own treasures, we would still love to work with you! We will help provide you with what you need to set a full table for your guests.  Depending on availability, we would love to help you make your party stand out!  Due to current scheduling,  there is a $350 minimum rental for all events.

Call 911!!! Kidding, of course — accidents happen!  We have a really great linen cleaner that will do their best to remove the stain(s). In the event that they cannot be saved, a replacement fee will be collected.  Please just notify us as soon as possible!

Ideally, we would like to have at least a two week period to provide you with the best experience possible. However, as a fellow *last-minute-planner*, we can pull this together quickly if needed! Call Kristin, and let’s talk details! Quoted inventory and holding a specific event date is only guaranteed once a Rental Agreement is executed and the 50% deposit is paid. 

Estately’s pricing includes a flat delivery fee for on-location delivery of your items. Estately services most of Kansas City and the Kansas City Metro area. An event qualifies for delivery if the venue for delivery’s address is within a 20 mile radius of the 66208 zip code.  Estately may consider a destination delivery. For deliveries outside of the local zone, but please contact us for availability.

The standard rental period is 2 days. If you need items for longer, please let us know and we can confirm availability.

Let’s all agree that the cleanup is the least favorite part of hosting! All items will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized once returned, however we do require that they are returned rinsed and clear of food/drinks. Due to the hand-painted finish on many of our items, we ask that nothing is put into a dishwasher.

We understand that plans may change, so please contact Estately as soon as possible if changes to your event need to be made. Confirmed orders that are completely canceled within five (5) days of the delivery date will have their 50% deposit applied toward a future Estately order. This is in place to help Estately cover lost rental revenue and dates. Any requests to reschedule an event must be made in writing as soon as possible. Estately will work with you to reschedule your order delivery based on availability.

he Estately team will conduct a count and quality check of all inventory upon pick up. If any items are missing from an order or received back in damaged or unacceptable condition, the client will be responsible for paying to replace the item(s).

Our products are high-end, limited edition, and/or vintage pieces that are one-of-a-kind. If a damaged or lost item is irreplaceable, the client will pay Estately the same amount that Estately paid when it first purchased the item. Replaced product is the property of Estately.
